After receiving her BS in Business Administration and MBA from University of Southern California, Josephine gained experience in commercial lending, property management and residential sales in the U.S., and was ranked among top agents with Coldwell Banker in Arcadia, California. After more than 20 years of being a full-time housewife and mother to three, now grown up children, she fully dedicates herself to her favourite job of client servicing in residential properties since 2013.

Having lived in different apartments in Mid-levels, Southside and Happy Valley after returning from the U.S., she thoroughly understands the challenges of relocation to and within Hong Kong. Fluent in English and Cantonese, as well as some Putonghua, her ability to effectively communicate with landlords and tenants makes the viewing, negotiation and closing process smooth and seamless. Besides home finding, she has the knowledge and tools to assist new arrivals acclimate to the busy and competitive urban lifestyle of this city. Based on her own background and experience, she empathises with newcomers and shares many useful tips for bringing up children in the local school and international school systems, and is the go-to person for advice in home decoration and furnishing, handymen, grocery shopping, physicians, and any daily life challenges. Besides assisting individual clients to find homes, she is on the preferred lists of many multinational companies for their expatriate employees with housing needs. On the other hand, she has developed excellent working relationship with individual and corporate landlords as well as property developers. In terms of locations, she specialises in Mid-levels, Happy Valley, The Peak, Southside and Kowloon Station. With viewing appointments, she is very flexible and is prepared to work after office hours and on public holidays to accommodate the busy schedules of her clients.
