Located on Southside of Hong Kong Island midway between Repulse Bay and Stanley, Chung Hom Kok is a quiet, low density area spread across Chung Hom Kok Road, Horizon Drive, Ching Sau Lane and Cape Road. Accommodation here consists predominately of townhouses and luxury low-rises. Many of the villas here have pools and private yards.

For shopping, there is a small local supermarket on the main road, although most residents travel to Stanley Plaza for shopping, about five to ten minutes' drive away. For entertainment, there are trendy restaurants and bars in Stanley. For recreation, there are choices of beaches in Repulse Bay, Stanley and Chung Hom Kok, or jogging along the quiet sidewalks.
