I was born and raised in Vancouver BC. Canada and moved back to my family’s roots, Hong Kong, in 2001 to pursue a successful modeling career. From runways, billboards, prints, silver screens, and commercials, I learnt to capture good opportunities whenever they presented themselves. I developed an interest in real estate when I was given an opportunity to run a boutique hotel in New York for a developer. When I returned to Hong Kong in 2011, I hit the ground running when I started my second career as a real estate agent.


Growing up in a Chinese family in the West, I am well positioned to serve clients with international backgrounds. Throughout the home finding process, I listen carefully in every consultation to help with the client’s specific needs. With attention to details, I negotiate to strive for mutually satisfactory outcomes. For first time expatriate families, I would hand hold spouses of until they fully settle in.


Through modelling, I have a deep understanding of importance of packaging and presentation for the promotion and marketing for any goods and services, real estate no exception. With a keen eye in interior design and harnessed skills in presentation, I am able to help sellers to stage their properties and supervise photo shoots to find the best angles to capture potential buyers’ interest.


When I help clients to pick their homes, I will make sure no stone is unturned to go through the entire market to find the perfect match to their needs. If clients are looking for investment opportunities, I am able to advise with high degree of precision as to the rental returns of the opportunities for clients to make informed decisions.
