地區簡介

Hennessy Road

At the north coast of Hong Kong Island, east of Wan Chai, is Causeway Bay, undoubtedly one of the most popular shopping districts in Hong Kong. Causeway Bay was named after a former causeway from Hong Kong Island to Kellett Island that no longer exists due to gradual land reclamation. Its Chinese name, Tung Lo Wan (Copper Gong Bay) refers to the bay's contoured shape and its resemblance to a gong.

Once a warehouse district, Causeway Bay has grown to become a densely built, busier area of Hong Kong with large, predominantly local crowds and dense vehicular traffic. The streets are filled with a mixture of commercial, residential and retail buildings. Cars fill the main roads and busy motorways fly through the air. Huge billboards and neon signs canopy Percival Street, as well as a large number of scaffolding structures, making it a good idea to watch your head when manoeuvring the crowded footpaths. This constant activity ensures that is never a dull moment in Causeway Bay.

Residential living typically consists of packed, high-rise apartment blocks. Due to the many major office buildings in this area, housing is popular. Apartments usually have views of the harbour, commercial buildings and landscapes and green mountains in the distance. We offer high quality homes from a serviced, studio apartment for $9,700 a month to a fully furnished duplex with four bedrooms, a private roof terrace and use of a swimming pool for $53,000 a month.
